[Ideas Gathering] Changes in the Academies

Okay na ako dito sa fire

to prevent imbalance in the academy system with one academy each having their own screening process and thus making fewer members whil otheracademis have more and so having an imbalance in members,I suggest you do this instead:

1.each academy will have a prearranged number of members for example 1-30 etc

2.abolish each academies own rules and make their screening into one same uniform one where it is much easier to accomplish but will still retain the quality of sifting out potential candidates

I suggested this because I am thinking in a potential members viewpoint...nagscreening n nga ako dito s clan na ito magiiscreening p ako sa isang academy? parang pahirap naman ata...that's what thy will think and say if they are confronted with the current system that is somewhat haphazard dahil karamihan sa kanila gusto lang makasali s clan natin para may kasama sila makalaro and to find like inde persons and like ranked persons na makaksama nila sa solo or duo queue or team ranked...

I hope we dont make this clan too intimidating to get in and i know rules are rules pero sana we must employ them in a way na mag eenjoy sila at ok lang sa kanila at hndi masyadong draconic o harsh at mas madaling intindihin at di sila maguguluhan kung san academy magjojoin or anu...

kaya siguro di rin active ang ibang mga academies kasi ganun nga
konti members dahil nakuha na ng isang sikat na academy ang maraming members tinamad tuloy ata ang leader ng clan na yun...that's all suggestion lang...
